2. In short

- Fonts are served from the site itself; no request goes to a third-party service.
- Personal data is processed in two situations only: technically necessary server logs when you view the site, and the details you give us when you write to us.
3. Visiting the site and server logs
The site is served by Cloudflare Pages, operated by Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). When a page is requested, the IP address, date and time, requested page, browser and operating system are processed for technical reasons. The purpose is the secure and uninterrupted delivery of the site. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest). Cloudflare acts as processor; transfers outside the EU are safeguarded by Cloudflare’s data processing agreement and the EU standard contractual clauses. Logs are retained by Cloudflare for a short period and are not linked to individuals by us.
4. Contact form and e-mail
Through the form we receive your name, organisation (optional), e-mail address, country (optional), topic and message. The purpose is to answer your request and pass it to the responsible team in the group. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (steps prior to a contract at your request) and Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (the consent given in the form). You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future.
The message is sent as an e-mail through Resend, Inc. (San Francisco, USA) and arrives in our Google Workspace mailbox (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Both services work under data processing agreements; transfers outside the EU are safeguarded by the EU standard contractual clauses and, where applicable, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Depending on the topic, the message may be forwarded for reply to the Medex CRO, Medex SMO or Medex Dental teams in Türkiye; this transfer is based on the intra-group data protection agreement.
Retention: until your request has been dealt with; where a statutory duty to retain business correspondence applies (German Commercial Code, six years), for that period.
The same applies when you write to us by e-mail directly.
5. External links
The site only links to the group’s other websites and to platforms such as YouTube and LinkedIn; nothing is embedded. Once you follow a link, that site’s privacy rules apply.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection and withdrawal of consent. Requests: [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; the authority competent for us is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia (LDI NRW, Kavalleriestraße 2-4, 40213 Düsseldorf, Germany).
For requests from Türkiye: the rights under Article 11 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 can be exercised through the same address.
